Business acceleration and brand development for a speaker training organisation in Australia

Speakers Institute is an incubator of speaker talent in Australia. They work with aspiring public speakers to transform their personal stories into a powerful and commercial messages for the world to hear.

Embedded myself in the company for three months: renamed and rebranded the company; developed marketing collateral and internal report templates; designed and built a new website; developed a tiered curriculum for three day bootcamps, 12-month training programs and a 1:1 mentorship program; introduced an operational framework for scaling the business; and acted as temporary operational manager while restructuring and training their team.
