Get Frank Feedback is a personal development and branding tool designed to help individuals gain insight into how others perceive their professional identity and personal impact. Originating in 2013 as an annual habit of gathering anonymous feedback from my communities, the practice provided invaluable clarity on my strengths, challenges, and contributions, both personally and professionally.
After four years of running the survey manually, I noticed growing interest from peers asking to use it themselves. Recognizing its value, I transformed the survey into an accessible tool, empowering users to collect honest feedback and align their personal growth with their professional goals. Though the project is currently paused, its potential for future release remains alive, reflecting its enduring significance.
