Established collaborative frameworks and community infrastructure for a decentralized civic network.
I co-founded and co-led OpenCivics, a decentralized civic innovation network designed to support communities in collaborative self-governance, regenerative civic engagement, and participatory innovation. Our work focuses on building scalable governance models, funding frameworks, and coordination systems, empowering members to self-organize effectively and sustainably.
Together, we grew the network significantly, distributing over $122,000 in grants, developing foundational documents like the OpenCivics Thesis and Open Civic Innovation Framework, and launching innovative coordination tools such as the Network Activity Index. This work was underpinned by deep strategic reflection, adaptation, and community-led evolution.
