Led the strategic rebranding of the Telos blockchain network.
In 2019, after contributing to several notable projects in the EOS blockchain ecosystem, Decrypted was approached by the Telos Foundation to reimagine the network’s identity. As a decentralized web3 blockchain platform governed by its token holders, Telos required a container brand that could inspire the community and adapt organically, rather than being imposed top-down.
The project involved synthesizing insights from the community and stakeholders, crafting a strategic vision, and designing a brand that shifted the narrative from technical functionality to a heart-centered, big-picture vision. The outcome was a brand that resonated deeply with the Telos community, catalyzing adoption and setting a precedent for branding within decentralized ecosystems.
