Conceptualized and developed a personal development and branding tool for soliciting anonymous feedback.
In 2013 I started an annual habit of anonymously gathering feedback from friends and peers to help me gain clarity on people’s perceptions of me professionally and my personal impact on them.
After 4 years of running the survey manually, I noticed how often I was asked by others if they could use the survey too. A year later, I had developed the survey into a tool that anyone could use to gather honest and anonymous feedback to inform their professional brand and personal development goals.
This project is currently shelved but it holds a special place in my heart… perhaps to be re-released in the future.
